This is an exceptional Luxury neighborhood in the heart of Lubbock. Lots of Real Estate for Sale. Very centrally located within 5 minutes of Texas Tech, Downtown, and many shopping areas. New Lubbock Luxury. This is a much younger neighborhood that began in 2009. Orchard Park is in the high demand area south of town: 105th / Memphis / 114th / Quaker. A lot of new construction has occurring in the past few years and many builders have multiple speck homes that don’t remain on the market for very long. There are some great deals to be had in this area and the homes are very modern and updated. The affluent Luxury Lubbock style throughout has an open-concept, brick with stone facade, hard wood floors throughout, high ceilings, and low maintenance yards. Landscaping is young and they are still in the process of completing road construction. There are dozens of homes currently being built. Many available Luxury Lubbock lots can be purchased and there are about 10 different builders active in the area. There are currently 102 homes already built. The Falls, Lubbock has seen a big decrease in popularity and growth for the past two years, but still holds it's Lubbock Luxury Status. Currently there are 50 homes ranging in price between $500k – 2 million with $800,000 being the median home price. These lots are much larger than Orchard Park and you have more of an exclusive feel in this neighborhood because of the 10-foot high brick wall surround and multiple dead end streets. This Lubbock subdivision began in 2005 and there are currently many lots that range in size around 1 -3 acres. The Falls is located across the street from Luxurious Orchard Park between 110th / Richmond / 114th / Troy Lubbock. Bobalet Heights / Tanglewood
This is the absolute best Lubbock Luxury neighborhood in Lubbock with exceptional access to downtown and Texas Tech. This is the ONLY high-end luxury neighborhood located inside the loop. This neighborhood lays claim to the Chancellors’ home as well a multitude of local physicians. Lots are exceptionally phenomenal ranging between 1-4 acres with grand well-established oak and walnut trees. Homes in this neighborhood don’t stay on the market for very long. Most of the homes are older but have been well taken care of: 40’s and 50’s with the median 1965. Here there are many ranch style homes that once held crops and because of grandfathering, these homeowners are able to house horses as well as other farm animals. Lakeridge - Lubbock Homes
Lubbock Lakeridge began development in the late 70’s during a huge housing boom. This is an excellent subdivision between: 82nd / Quaker / 98th / Slide. Because of its size (1,200 homes), you can find a huge plethora of homes ranging from grandiose to ordinary Luxury. There’s not a lot of consistency in home styles and recently the landscaping has finally matured giving the streets a nice cozy lane feel. This subdivision was ‘the place to be’ during the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Luxury Prices in this area trend very stable around $90 a square foot and $250,000 is the median price of these homes. Greater Tech Terrace - Lubbock Homes
Location is the key and driving factor for Tech Terrace Real Estate- the essence of Lubbock Luxury. Located directly across from Texas Tech Campus (within walking distance), Tech Terrace holds claim to many exotic shops, boutiques, and grocery outlets. This neighborhood began in the early 20’s when Texas Tech was in its infancy. It has grown tremendously since then and lays claim to some of the most sought after real estate in Lubbock. Location is also outstanding with a quick 5-minute drive to Texas Tech and Downtown (19th and Utica Lubbock).
